Tsimayó Spicy-Mint Simple Syrup

Tsimayó Hot Sauce-Mint Simple Syrup 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 2 (two) 7 gram packets of Tsimayó Hot Sauce ¼ cup mint (fresh; torn) Make the Tsimayó-Mint Simple Syrup Gather the ingredients. Tsimayó Elote en Vaso
(Corn in a Cup)

4 c. corn 4 tbsp. sour cream 4 tbsp. butter, melted 8 tbsp. Cotija Cheese, crumbled, or Parmesan cilantro 1 green chile 1 lime, juiced chili powder Tsimayó Hot Sauce Cook corn, cilantro, and green chile in a large pan until tender and move to a large bowl. Tsimayó Guacamole

4 Avocados 2 Jalapeños 3 tbsp. Tsimayó Hot Sauce 1 small Onion 4 tbsp. Cilantro 2 Garlic cloves 2 Roma Tomatoes Cut and peel your avocado and place in a large bowl.  Add your Tsimayó and lime juice over the avocado and mash with a fork. Finely dice your onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeños and tomatoes and mix into your avocado. Salt and pepper to taste for the perfect addition to your burger or salad.
