Tsimayó Hot Sauce-Mint Simple Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 (two) 7 gram packets of Tsimayó Hot Sauce
- ¼ cup mint (fresh; torn)
Make the Tsimayó-Mint Simple Syrup
- Gather the ingredients.
- Bring the water to a boil, add the sugar, and stir constantly until it is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool.
- Place the syrup, Tsimayó Hot Sauce Packet, and mint into a blender.
- Blend until mixed well.
- Discard the mint and peppers. Bottle the syrup, label and date the bottle, and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
