Analytical Testing

Our hot sauce products undergo rigorous chemistry, microbiological, nutritional, shelf-life and Scoville units testing in national and international accredited labs using methods and procedures recognized by the FDA, USDA, AOC, and USF. Our products meet the FDA’s NELA requirements. 

Manufacturing

Tsimayó products are manufactured in a SQF Level III Certified, USDA Certified, HACCP Certified, GFSI Certified, and Kosher Certified facility. The facility provides high-volume production to support convenient scale-up capabilities to fit our customers’ specific needs, from single-state retail stores to national supermarket chains.

Bottling & Packaging

A key feature of the Tsimayó hot sauces is the convenience and control of application, that is lacking in other hot sauces. Our squeeze bottles with twist cone cap and packets can be made in various sizes to fit our customer needs.

Packaging

Our standard 8-oz squeeze bottles of Tsimayó Original Hot Sauce and its Milagro Blend Hot Sauce are packaged as 6 bottles/case. Our standard 7g packets are packaged as 500/case.

Shipping 

Tsimayó ships nationally.

For NM state deliveries, all products are available for direct shipping to small businesses and large statewide distributors from our local warehouse in Albuquerque, NM.

For national deliveries, all products drop ship from our manufacturing plant.
