Tsimayó Elote en Vaso
(Corn in a Cup)

  • 4 c. corn
  • 4 tbsp. sour cream
  • 4 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 8 tbsp. Cotija Cheese, crumbled, or Parmesan
  • cilantro
  • 1 green chile
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • chili powder
  • Tsimayó Hot Sauce

Cook corn, cilantro, and green chile in a large pan until tender and move to a large bowl. Mix in the sour cream, butter, cheese and lime juice until well combined. Serve with chili powder and Tsimayó Hot Sauce.
