- 4 c. corn
- 4 tbsp. sour cream
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 8 tbsp. Cotija Cheese, crumbled, or Parmesan
- cilantro
- 1 green chile
- 1 lime, juiced
- chili powder
- Tsimayó Hot Sauce
Cook corn, cilantro, and green chile in a large pan until tender and move to a large bowl. Mix in the sour cream, butter, cheese and lime juice until well combined. Serve with chili powder and Tsimayó Hot Sauce.
