A New Mexico favorite! This easy recipe goes a long way! All you need is: 5 medium sized yukon potatoes ½ yellow onion diced Olive oil/Butter Garlic powder Salt to taste Tsimayó Hot Sauce Boil 5 potatoes for 30 minutes. Let cool and quarter potatoes and slice into ½ inch thick slices. In a frying pan add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
